ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ЕКСТРЕМАЛЬНИХ ПОПУЛЯЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ ДЛЯ РИБ ТА КОМАХ

Різкі нетривалі зміни в популяційних процесах неможливо розрахувати традиційними математичними моделями — системою балансових рівноваг, і подати в термінах асимптотичної динаміки — замкнутих граничних множин  траєкторії, стійких циклів або навіть хаотичних атракторів. У дослідженнях проведено обчислювальне моделювання практично важливих сценаріїв спалахів і небезпечних інвазій, що відносяться до екстремальної та перехідної динаміки. Екосистеми, як організми, не можуть довго існувати в таких перехідних режимах. Спалахи чисельності шкідливих комах у формі окремих піків, але не осцилюючих режимів, мають ряд особливостей порогового розвитку. Завдання аналізу спалахів перетинається з проблемою моделювання вичерпування запасів при промислі риб. Ключовий аспект у методиці побудови гібридних моделей — формалізація нелінійної ефективності відтворення, що
змінюється пороговим чином. Швидка деградація популяцій в сценаріях колапсу не може бути своєчасно передбачена методами розрахунків квот (показано на прикладах тріски Північної Атлантики і анчоуса Перу), так як невірно оцінені темпи відновлення запасів. Обговорено переваги методу цілеспрямованої реалізації біфуркацій в гібридних системах. Проведено порівняльний аналіз нових модельних сценаріїв для екстремальних ситуацій з подібними фазами під час колапсу запасів риб і спалахів чисельності шкідливих комах, отриманими модифікаціями функціоналів в базовій гібридній системі. Виділено п’ять важливих для моделювання біосистем варіантів якісної поведінки гібридних систем.
