The journal regularly publishes works of scientific conferences and seminars on automatic control, for advanced space studies, and so on.

The journal is regularly abstracted in domestic and foreign editions: “Dzherelo” (Kiev, Ukraine),  “Mathematical Review» («Math. Review», USA, American Mathematical Society), “Applied mechanics »(« Applied mechanics Reviews », USA, ASME).

Due to changes in the contract, indexing in Scopus is temporarily not carried out.

The material of the article must be original, that is, not previously published or submitted for publication in another publication.

The manuscript is submitted in electronic form (file format * .doc, * .rtf) in Ukrainian or English on paper in two copies. In addition, the following are submitted in Ukrainian and English: annotations of 1,800 characters each with an indication of the UDC; Keywords; job title; information about the authors: surname, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, telephone, place of work, academic title, scientific degree, position. It should be noted with which of the authors to correspond. A mandatory condition is the annual subscription of each author to the journal.

The manuscript must be accompanied by the Consent of the authors for publication.

On the first page, it is desirable to indicate the section of the journal (see the fourth page of the cover or the website) in which the article should be published.

The text should be printed at one and a half intervals. Margins should be wide enough, pages should be numbered. The publication material can be divided into subsections of no more than two levels.

Tables and figures are presented on separate sheets.

References to literary sources are numbered sequentially (in square brackets) in the text. The list of literature sources must indicate the international digital identifier DOI (htpp: //doi.org/xxxx/xxxx) of publications. For the English-language page of the site, send a list of references in English or transliterated.

On a separate sheet there is attached a list of all special characters, Greek and Gothic letters used in this article, such as: Greek letters γ – gamma, Ω – omega; Gothic  – dom; special characters:  – integral;  – merge; – intersection, – turn.

All articles undergo closed review and, if necessary, can be returned to the author for revision.
After the editorial board approves the article for printing, the authors, having received the layout in electronic form, agree to the editorial correction and urgently send the material to the editorial office. If the authors make significant changes to the peer-reviewed and edited text, the article will be removed from the issue.
The editorial board does not communicate the reasons for refusing to publish articles and reserves the right not to return manuscripts.

Text of the articles and abstracts are typed using a text editor Microsoft Word.

Apply Style: font Times New Roman, 12 pt height., Line spacing 1.5. Paper size A4, margins (left, right, top, bottom) of 2 cm.

All variables and formulas are typed in the formula editor Microsoft Equation Editor 3.0 or MathType at a scale of 100×100. When typing formulas, you should use only the formula editor. The formula editor options are the default. The width of formulas no more than 12 cm. Brackets from the template editor are used for signs formulas:  For variables, including indices of applied brackets keyboard dialing, for example . For the transposition — T.

In formulas and figures, all variables and indices are denoted by Latin letters. The numbering of the formulas should be continuous, that is, the formulas of each section of the article should not be numbered separately for not to enter double numbering. All numbered formulas should be referenced in the text.
Figures (no more than 10) are created by the built-in Word Picture drawing editor or other Windows applications (in this case, the Figures must be presented as separate tiff format files with a resolution of 300-600 dpi or eps).
Tables are created using the standard "Table" tool built into Word.

Remember that discrepancies of the text file with the text of the article are not allowed!

Review organization process

When submitting an article to the editorial office, the work is considered by the editor-in-chief and is sent for specialized closed review.

If a positive review is received, then the article is considered at an extended meeting of the editorial board for publication. If necessary, the article can be sent for re-reviewing to another reviewer or for revision.

When receiving a review with the possibility of revision, the reviewer can recommend the author to make certain corrections in the article, after which the editorial board sends the review to the author (without specifying the reviewer) for revision of the article. After revision, the author sends the article to the editorial office, and the editorial staff re-sends the revised version of the article for review.

In case of receiving a negative review, the editorial board sends a notification to the author along with the review. If the author does not agree with the conclusion of the reviewer, then he can send a letter to the reviewer through the editorial office with explanations. With mutual agreement, the author (s) and reviewer (s) can meet to discuss problematic issues.

Problems of Control and Informatics presenting high-quality scientific information. At present it is published on the basis of two scientific research institutes The V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and The Space Research Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and National Space agency of Ukraine.

The Journal is the periodical in Ukraine publishing papers of fundamental and applied character within a wide scope of problems of automatic control and informatics for more than 60 years (was founded in 1956), highlights scientific achievements in the field of the theory of automatic regulation, technical cybernetics and control machines, production automation, automated electric drive, elements of automation, telemechanics, measuring technology.

The papers concerning the most important nowadays problem of information security are published on a regular basis in which software-hardware and mathematical methods of information protection in computer and telecommunication networks and systems are considered. Quantum computing encryption is also considered.
